That Brewery Game
"Brew beer... Drink beer... Play!"
Why can't I upload images?
You may not be allowed to upload a custom Label Image because...
  • You have probably exceeded the maximum number of allowed uploads. You may upload a maximum of 1 image per active label.
  • There is no way to delete label images at this time. If you want to delete a label image or you uploaded one accidentally then send us an email

  • You must be a registered user and logged-in to upload images

  • If you already have an image pending approval then you cannot upload another until that one clears our approval process.

I approved your 'red' image before I saw this so it may have shown up a few times, I have now returned your old brewery image to show. I also approved your latest label image which I believe is for your stout.

I'm hoping that you didn't get the impression that uploading a new brewery image would prevent you from uploading a new label image. You should be able to do both. You have 3 labels so you can upload 3 images to be used for labels and 1 to be used for your brewery. If you want to 'replace' any of the label images then I have to do that manually, just say the word and its a done deal.

I can see that you made at least two attempts to upload an image. Both were rejected for being too large. The automatic upload system has limits on file size to prevent server attacks by bad guys. If you don't know how to reduce the file size yourself then just email it to me at and I will resize and install it.

I'm pretty sure you are still eligible to upload a label image since you have not yet uploaded any images. You are not eligible to upload a brewery image yet until/unless you choose to buy a label credit at some point.

I just sent you an email. You can just email your replacement image to me and let me know which one you want to replace and I can take care of that for you right away. Thanks!

How do we delete previously uploaded images?

To delete an uploaded image just send me an email to with instructions. You can send me new images to replace them or just tell me which ones to delete. I hope to someday automate this process but right now it is manual.

Looks like I might have uploaded and image that won't be approved for the Weissbier. In the process of trying to change it I accidently submitted the new label image as a brewery image. Would it be possible to delete both the pending brewery image and the label image that's pending for the weissbier? I greatly appreciate your help

Hi Robc, I uploaded my brewery image, however, it was approved as a label image instead. Can you please fix that.

Hi Rob,

Don't know what went wrong, but my latest image upload should be for a new label, Dutchmans Pale Lager.
I do not wish to change my brewery image.
Can you please fix?
Many thanks, Rob
