I just can't wait until Friday to announce our new policy to reward our most loyal players. When the game started I knew it would be based on the FTP (free to play) model and that players would have the option of buying credits to improve their experience. To that end every new player has always received a free label credit after they register. What I didn't know was what we would do after the first year had passed and those introductory credits and labels expired. Well that decision is behind us now. Your original free label credit will be renewed (re-issued) for another full year! And so as not to miss a golden opportunity to say Thank you!, players who have stayed with the game for a full year will receive an extra credit to boot. How cool is that?!

As long as you have actually used your original free credit to create a label in the game then sometime in the month before the date of your original registration you will receive 2 credits. This will allow you to keep your original label for an additional year and the second credit can be used to add another label or buy one of the upgrades that requires a credit. On the flip side those accounts without any labels at all will be deleted on their one year anniversary to free up wasted game resources. The first batch of renewal/anniversary credits will be sent out a little later in the month.

More good news! I am fairly certain that tomorrow is the big day in which we will pass one half million virtual beers sold! To celebrate the event there will be prizes given away all day in the pub. Assuming I can figure out exactly who drinks that magic 500,000th beer, I will reward them with the brewing ingredient of their choice (as long as it is in the game) or $500 brew bucks. The owner of the label drunk will get the same prize! So get drinking folks and try to win the big one!
