Posted: Tue Mar 18, 2014 4:34 amI've been brewing All Grain beers for the last 7 or so years. I brew beers for flavour and body, so tend to use a lot of Munich 1 as my base malt.
Haven't brewed since last November, as I'm in the process of moving house. Will need to do some serious catching up as soon as we're settled in. At least I'm now only a 25 minute ride from my supplier, not the 3 hours it used to take.
I've been signed up to this game almost since it first started, but have only recently got into visiting on a regular basis.
